I like participating in my own creative art swaps. It’s fun, it gives me a deadline and parameters. Plus, if I make some myself, I get to swap them and then be able keep some! It is always lovely to hold a little piece of art in your hands.
For this swap everyone has to make Three 4”x 4” little fabric stitchies and receive three in return. These are based on Liz Kettle’s Stitch meditations. This is a wonderful practice that I started in the middle of October. I enjoyed the process so much that I was inspired to host my first creative swap in 3 years! I upload ALL the swap pieces as they come in to my trusty creative swaps blog, circa 2007!! Check it out, it was updated today -This swap is due in my hands Feb 1st and registration closes Jan 27th.
The fish get their sparkle from the addition of marks from sparkly gel pens!
